How to sign up for member/newsletter?

On the main page, click the 3 horizontal lines on the top left page to open the main menu, at the below half section, find "create account", fill in the form and you are now on the way for great promotion and sales! Members also can express checkout on checkout. Alternatively, you can create a account on the checkout page when you purchase from us.

I have sign up as member or newsletter, how do I log in?

On the main page, click the 3 horizontal lines on the top left page to open the main menu, at the below half section, find "log in" under "create account". Log in with your email and password.

I have sign up as member or newsletter, can you cancel my account?

Sure! we will miss you, but if you really want to cancel or delete your account with us, you can email us at support@reborn.sg with your email address and we will assist you on removing your account.

Is the gold safe for consumption?

All our gold paper/leaves use in our product are food grade and only use gold paper produced in Japan.

When will my order be shipped?

We Offer two options for shipping, standard Post (Standard) and courier service (Expedited). Standard Shipping(Standard) is using normal post to be delivered to your post box (there is not tracing available), with courier service(Expedited) we engage courier to deliver to your door step (tracing available), for standard delivery via post, usually will arrive between 5-7 working days, for courier delivery it will be approx 1~2 working days. Please note that our order cut off time is 1300PM Singapore time.

Can I order online and ship address outside Singapore?

All of our products include local Singapore postage, our courier service also only deliver within Singapore at this moment. For international shipment all non food items can be shipped overseas, please contact support@reborn.sg before placing your order online to check if we can deliver to specific country.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

At this moment we do not have, all orders process cut off time is 1300pm, after 1300pm orders will be process the next day.

What shipping methods are available?

For standard shipment (Standard Post) we use Singpost for delivery, for courier shipment(Expedited Courier) we engage a third party delivery service provider. Please note that normal post (Standard Post) does not provide tracking, should you require tracking please consider to choose courier delivery(Expedited courier) option.

Do you provide free shipment?

Yes! All our product comes with free standard shipping (standard Post) within Singapore, no minimum spend is required. To be entitled for free Courier service(Expedited Courier) , Total purchase value must be =>S$50.00 is required.

Do you do corporate gift?

Yes! We can support corporate or company gifts, please do email us in advance your requirement to sales@reborn.sg.

Public Holiday

We regret to inform you that orders and delivery will not be processed during public holidays (Singapore public holiday), Orders will be processed during weekend but shipment will be process on the next weekday.
